The interview is consists of typical STAR questions for both phone interviews. I had an initial phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes and then I had to wait two weeks for my scheduled interview with a manager. The interview with the manager started 30 minutes late and it lasted about 45 minutes due to technical issues, which did serve as a red flag. The manager was very laid back but I was still nervous. He asked about 10 STAR questions. I asked him about COVID procedures and he explained how the company handled them. He explained the schedule, the pay, the position, some company perks, and time off. The only con was that he couldn't give me a potential start date for training as he said they were unavailable because the classes were full. The interview was very impersonal but chill. I think if you give great examples of how you handled yourself in your last position or previous positions you're pretty much set. He said HR will call me to see to notify me if I get the position. I got a call the next day and I was offered the position with a start date. She went over background checks and work shifts. They do have a very strict attendance policy in regards to their 6-week training, make sure you have nothing coming up or you can be terminated if you miss a day. The offer is always contingent on passing your background check. She told me not to give my two-week notice until she verbally confirms my offer after my background check.
