Synchrony Customer Service Representative interview questions

Such a pathetic organisation. They dont know how to manage interview candidates. First time when I went for non voice process, I reached around 2 PM and everyone around me got selected for non voice. HR was coming here and there wasting time. Finally called me at 6 PM and told that we are done with non voice vacancy and asked me to leave. Second time when I went they selected for two rounds and told congratulations you have cleared the second round, you may leave for today,HR will call you for next round. One month passed no calls. Third time one consultancy called me i.e.futurz consultancy for aml/kyc process I told them very clearly whatever happened one month back.Still they asked me to come. When I went there they said I cannot give the interview as there should be 3 months gap. OK funny thing is now there HR opening mouth opened stating that my voice not good I didn't cleared last interview. I am not a different that I will not understand difference between rejection and selection. Also they wrote in the mai package will be 5 to 6 lac but truth is that were not offering more than 4.2. Waste of time and money.
