What are your paint points/where you struggle in data analytics?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Synchrony in Mar 2022
Interview
Filled out an application online and a recruiter reached out to me less than a week later! Had a 30 minute Zoom with the recruiter — she told me on the spot that I’d passed onto the next round and gave me information about the next round. This one was pretty easy and very conversational, mostly running through my resume and a couple of very easy behavioral questions. The second round interview was about a week later with an hour long Zoom with an AVP and was more technical based and she asked way more behavioral questions but still relatively easy. Very communicative company and they had a very generous internship package. For data analytics it was $36/hour, but you do have to relocate to CT (which they pay for as well).
