Synchrony Data Scientist interview questions

Forget about the interview process. In the initial phone screening round itself, they ask all the details and documents. We have to put time in sending these personal details hoping to receive an immediate call back. Afterwards, they go mum. All for what? At least first conduct interviews and then go for unnecessary details later. Later they just kept declining my requests. Why waste time? Is time only precious for you? Such a disappointing people. Such a company culture!
