Recruiter claimed to be accessible but required multiple followups and is the only recruiter assigned to Scrum Master roles so you're pretty much stuck.
The interview was very impersonal and hiring manager wasn't approachable at all.
It was one-sided and he was just checking off Scrum quiz type questions of his list. Basically, to test how much textbook knowledge and not real world knowledge you possess.
This isn't brain surgery, for someone with multiple years in software development that has worked with Scrum and Agile frameworks (for the checklist Agile is a mindset) you just have to follow an existing framework.
Advice to candidates, memorize the manifestos before your interview.
