Interview process was alright.
1. Interview with the Recruiter
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and one peer
3. Presentation - Hiring Manager and Line Manager.
My interview went well and during the second round hiring manager emphasized that they are looking for a person who can manage end to end projects and a tech savvy. Based on that I prepared my presentation and gave them one of the best detail oriented slides and they rejected me saying that they need someone who is more focused on stakeholders.
The candidates approach to team mates and stakeholders can be identified in the second round where they interview on specific topics. I felt like I really wasted my time. I could have given them an easy presentation which they could have digested.
Tip - keep it very simple like you are a fresh graduate or an intern. If you really give them a great Project framework which actually could use to successfully implement those projects, they cannot understand it.
I am sure they might’ve got lot of high level project framework for free of charge so they can really learn from it.
