There wasn’t hand-holding, but I always felt like the interviewers wanted to see the candidate succeed. It was a long process, and was challenging, but it never felt like a gut-wrenching grind. The interviews turn quite conversational once the tech questions are covered, and it gives you the opportunity to think of more topics to discuss during the next round. I got the clear impression the employees care about having a thorough yet fair interview process.
