Tenet Healthcare Practice Manager interview questions

Very basic questions, physicians involved with interview... Staff should have been involved... Nothing really stood out... My background didn't seem to matter as long that it showed I had some type of management exp... Lasted less than 30 min. Was offered the job 1 hour later.... Had to negotiate salary...

Interview process went well, on-boarding was lengthy (2-3) weeks with no training. There was no classroom training or consolidation of issues from prior management. The entire process is quite exhausting.
