The interview questions were all competency/example based questions and were pretty easy as long as you have a story for each question.
The store manager was lovely and welcoming and I received my offer later that day.

Interview
Online application followed by an in-person interview. The interview was relaxed and the interviewer made me feel comfortable. Overall an enjoyable experience. Bear in mind this was five years ago. The process may have changed since.
