The interview application was very easy to fill out but TCH takes a long time to contact applicants so patience is key. I applied for the Summer 2024 cohort. They have you fill out your general application. Which includes a letter of recommendation, an essay, and your resume. I would suggest getting these ahead of time to have them ready to apply when they open the application period. The application will then have you rank your unit preference based on what they have available. More likely that most positions available for nurse residency are in the TMC. I applied in February, heard back for an interview in March, and interviewed the last week of March. I was offered a position on my first choice unit and I accepted one week after the interview. My interview was a panel of 3/4 people asking me situation based questions and they require you to answer in STAR (station, task, action, & result) format. I would highly suggest practicing this format to prepare for your interview.
