Toast Inc Senior Project Manager, Customer Success Operations interview questions

I applied online about a month ago and received an email to schedule an interview. At the start of the call, the recruiter didn't introduce herself, tell me about the company or role. She went straight to asking questions. I think it's best for companies to sell themselves to the candidate as well equally. There was zero effort on this call from the recruiter. The interview felt rushed, and I could tell she didn't read my resume beforehand to understand my experience and skills. The pay is extremely low. I wish companies would provide the salary upfront instead of asking candidates for their salary requirements. We wasted both of our time in the interview.
