Trulite interview questions

Two Interviews were give. The first was with the CSR manager and the second with her assistant. Very typical questions like how can you help Trulite be successful? What are your strengths and weaknesses? After the first interview there was a long time lapse and then a second interview was offered with the person responsible for training. Another week to 2 weeks until the offer came. HR emailed handbook after I requested - after the initial offer was sent. HR did not have a solid on-boarding system and it was rather pieced together.

Two initial phone interviews. HR department was very professional. Questions were fairly mainstream. We discussed compensation to ensure we were not wasting each other's time. Two onsite interviews at local facility where the position was located. Entire staff involved. Professional atmosphere. Great communication throughout the process. Off site interview with higher management team. Interview went well until question of compensation and follow up on salary history. Odd questions for this point in the process. I answered the same as u had before. . Entire mood of interview changed. Rush to lunch break. Afternoon interview with VP replaced with other staff who were not prepared. No explanation, not even a walk by and wave from the window. Hurried out the door. Made for a long 16 hour day with travel.
