I was reached out to by a recruiter through LinkedIn, who set up an initial Q&A phone call. She was very rude during this, and acted as though I was wasting her time. After hanging up, I realized I was finished with the process and wouldn't be contacted again. Two weeks later, she emailed me to say that I had an onsite interview.
Upon entering the building, I was sent to wait in the lobby with others who were interviewing for the same position. A woman was then sent down (she did not introduce herself with her position in the company, but I later learned she was with HR). She took us up to the office, sat us down, and gave us a quick overview of the company. Each of us candidates were then sent to separate rooms to interview 1:1. There were three interviews, and in-between each interview, I was sent out to wait for the next interviewee to be ready. After three interviews, we were all sent on our way.
The culture is very young, which I first viewed as a positive, but I began to realize that the office seemed very unorganized. It is also a new office, which may be part of the reason, but I believe it may have more to do with the many recent undergrad hires.
