USAA Director interview questions

Applied online. Heard from recruiter within a couple of days. Had chat with her a few days later. I was then informed that there would only be one additional interview: an hourlong Zoom with the entire team and hiring manager. This interview was extremely professional and enjoyable complete with thoughtful and challenging questions. It’s now been six weeks and I’m still waiting. I checked in with recruiter at the 3-week mark and was informed that “the team has not yet met to make a decision.” While I don’t believe this for a moment—I still thinks it’s incredibly unprofessional to keep candidates waiting this long.

The first interview went very well and it was about 30 minutes long. The interview was very thorough and went into the details of my current background and experience. The second level interview is pending.
