I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Istanbul) in Jun 2020
Interview
The Interview was pretty smooth. They overall ask you about your previous experiences, your motivation for attending the programme, some behavioural "what would you do" questions and future career plans. It was not hard to tense.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Tell us about yourself -Why do you want to work at Unilever? -What's your favorite Unilever product and why? -What are your strengths and weaknesses? -What would you do if you made a mistake on a project and it was too late to start again? -What can you bring to the Unilever team? -Tell me a time when you completed a difficult task under pressure
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
