Interview
It was fully online, you take three tests that calculate your IQ and EQ, and then you take a more detailed test that calculates your work problem solving aptitutde, with the first two tests being a lot easier, you also have to record your answer with video and you only have two minutes to answer
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
