Interview was very disorganized and whole proc.ess took place on telephone. initial round of GD followed telephonic interview and in the end final round of interview.r based on your final interview you will offered or will get rejected. Generally HR interacts while following up the results.

Meet with a panel of people 3 times before offer. The last interview was with the executive director. At first I didn't hear back after the last interview...but 5 months later they called me and asked me if I was still looking for work. I did one more interview and they offered me the job

First a phone interview . If you pass that then it will be, STAR panel interview with 3 or 4 people that will be over you. They ask you questions about situations at previous jobs.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Way (Redding, CA) in Jan 2024
