After applying online, a phone interview answering behavioral type questions. The in-person interview was a 5 minute presentation on United Way. Don't go over 5 minutes! Being concise and impactful is important, don't read straight from a paper. I focused on expanding on the mission and did my research to be able to present relevant statistics.

The interview process was very professional but still made you comfortable. Nothing intimidating. The interview made me learn a lot individually and about United Way. I was grateful for the experience. First, I spoke on the phone and had an interview. The second round was with a panel of individuals that worked at that location.

I applied online through a third party website. I was contacted a week later to interview. The interview was straight forward. I was informed of the requirements and expectations prior to beginning the interview. The interview was easy going and everyone was very nice. I was hired a week after my interview.

Professional, relaxed and to the point. Direct questions about experience as relates to the job. Since it was a seasonal position this was stressed during the interview. Very detailed on what the position entailed.
