It was a three person panel interview where I was asked behavioral and situational questions to gauge how I manage past experiences and hypothetical scenarios that were relevant to the role.

Question 1
Give us a time when you improved a company process.
Normal and very relaxed. Easy to understand questions and friendly workers. Some questions were easy to answer and others required more critical thinking skills. Over all it was not a very hard process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VCU Health (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very quick and to the point. She didn't ask too many questions. Gave me the run down on my job duties and how there would be room to grow. I could take on special projects to gain exposure.
