Verra Mobility interview questions

Scheduled two phone screenings with Verra Mobility’s HR, and both were missed without any explanation or prior notice. I waited, followed up with a call, and left voicemails, but never received a response. As a candidate who prepared thoroughly, this lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Had a recruiter screen, with some behavioral questions to better understand my experience and how it related to the role. I was told I would hear back in 24 hours, never heard back even after a follow up. The recruiter also sighed multiple times during the call, making it sound like she didn't want to be there. I would have appreciated to be told up front if I wasn't going to be moving forward.
