Verra Mobility interview questions

Everyone I have interviewed with post recruiter has been pleasant, but the recruiter I have interfaced with is unhelpful and flakey. They do not respond to emails after the interview process. The questions in the subsequent interview use the STAR interview method and leave no room for natural dialogue. In one interview I did with them featuring two interviewers in the same department, one person asked me a question which I answered, and then the second person asked the same exact question as a follow up. I could not tell if it was some sort of tactic or if the person was genuinely not paying attention and had checked out. Either way from all of my combined experiences it seemed that the interviewers were uninterested in conducting the interview or too tired to care.
