The manager that interviewed me didnt introduce himself much less offer a handshake. The interview took maybe 10 minutes. 40 hours a week weren't guaranteed but he did say that the hard workers tend to get more hours and he would try his best to have me work in other departments for hours which I did appreciate--but not really a risk I can afford to take. Pay starts off pretty low, 10 cents above minimum wage. I was surprised to find out employees don't get a discount on groceries. I realize the prices are usually cheaper than most groceries stores, but come on. At least a 20% discount should be offered.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
