Met them at an info session and talked to them at my university's career fair, was asked to schedule an interview at the career fair for the next school day. The on-campus was a 30 minute session mostly about background and one uml design question. Got a response that night about the onsite interview! Scheduled the accommodations and got to pick either next week or the week after for my interview. The onsite was a standard day (only about 3 hours for interviews though). Mostly behavioral, problem solving, previous projects and more design questions. After interviews were over, there were presentations, opportunities to talk to employees and new grad hires (generation workday), all while being fed and given swag and snacks. It ended with a fun social to play games and hangout with the other interviewees. There were shuttles ready to take us to the airport when the social ended. This interview was on a Friday, and I heard back by Tuesday next week.
I was really impressed by the promptness of every step of the process (I heard back sooner than expected in every case) as well as the recruiters being really genuine and taking the time to really get to know you and help out as much as possible.
What really helped me to decide to choose Workday was that I felt wanted from start to end the entire process, which differs from all my other interview experiences. The people here genuinely seem happy and seem to be taken care of.
