Workiva interview questions

Pre-Screen by external recruiter, then external recruiter submits your resume, internal resume review by HR, External Recruiter Schedules initial phone interview, 4 Phone interviews occur (2 in one day for me), 3 in your prospective department, 1 in another department, verbal offer, background check,Personality Assessment and then written offer. Each interview about an hour, but more like fun conversations after the first which they question you pretty intensely.

There was a brief phone introduction, an in-person interview, and then the offer. The interview process was about three hours. It involved a tour of the property (old buildings then), and a twenty to thirty minute talk with several other engineers and managers. The questions were appropriate and the interviewers were respectful and courteous.
