Workiva interview questions

I had two phone interviews with different managers and then went to Iowa for in person interviews with the managing directors. There was a follow up call a few days after the in person interview. They requested a start date in 2 weeks which is onsite in Iowa for 1-2 weeks.

This company is a mess I would run as far away as possible this is a growing business maybe too rapidly without the proper direction! At least from the on boarding process goes I think they have and will scare away great talent. I spoke with this company for over 6 weeks in the process multiple interviews etc... It was not very clear and concise what they wanted exactly from the position it seems they knew technically what they want POTENTIALLY but interviewed candidates before they had a clear scope of what they wanted. So to drag someone through all the way till the end and then say something else is bad for people to spread the word about the company. Its like a UHAUL mentality where you know the culture and it gets around the technical arena very easily I see this the same with Webfilings. Seem they have a great product but not great at its on boarding or selling an attractive place to work or people walking away feeling good. I interviewed months ago and still have heard from others with same experience a workplace needs to have that great feeling provided to the potential or newly hired employee this definitely not! Any future potential applicants I sound beware! I found a new place within weeks and a greatly more professional experience than Webfilings I wish them just dont want someone to go through what I did
