Zoom Communications Technical Support Engineer interview questions

2 stages ( Interview with the hiring manager, interview with Tier2 and Tier3 guys). Got feedback after 4 weeks, which is ridiculous. Bad care from the recruiter's side. It's ok to be rejected. But if I need to wait 4 weeks for feedback between the stages, that is justs is weak.

I was interviewed for Zoom Video communication, Bangalore location. It was a great experience from the beginning of first email i received from the team. The interviews were scheduled during the holiday season so there was a bit delay in the whole process but the HR team from India always kept me updated and made sure i am aware of this slight expected delay. Once the holiday season ended, the process went pretty fast and easy with all the updates on time. HRs from India office, kept me engaged in the whole process, throughout. You will get to choose the schedule from multiple options so that you are comfortable and prepared for the interviews. All the interviews were hosted on ZOOM MEETINGS which just works flawlessly :) First round was a Technical screening based on my profile as a support engineer .Good knowledge on Networking/SIP/H323 will help here as this round will take you to the actual interview rounds with hiring team. Following which i attended three more technical rounds and questions were asked based on my current experience. Each interviewer was available on time and was very friendly. You will come to know why "Zoom is a best place to work" while your interview itself. Just one tip "BE YOURSELF"
