What would you say if I told you you were not the right person for the job?
On the shadow day your interviewer will ask you some questions about some basic marketing concepts. For example: direct vs indirect marketing, law of averages, etc. Pretty easy, but doesn't really matter if you answer these correctly.

The most difficult question that i received during the process was "What makes me stand out from all the other applicants that are trying for the position?". I didn't know how to respond because never being in this kind of field before (an office setting) I wasn't sure what made me stand out.
There was not one. I was supposed to get a follow up email or call from an office closer to where I stay but no one has contacted me. I reached out to them for follow up and the person who answered the phone did not know how to direct me.

The question was how do you handle customers when the voice and data network has an outage that last 24 hours? That's a hard one to answer if you never been through it.
