I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at belairdirect in Jan 2017
Interview
Interview with two people. They had a paper in front of them and would ask questions and make notes on them. Overall everyone is so friendly and definitely one of the most comforting and welcoming interviews I've had. Prepare for many situational questions and use STAR. Phone Interview first, followed by an in-person interview, then an online module, and lastly reference checks.
