Competency based questions about staffing and metrics. Also, who I would give priority to if 2 hiring managers wanted to hire the same person. It was a fairly standard interview, just make sure you prepare strong examples following the STAR technique.

Who would you prioritise: of the clients? How do you go about building relationships with people? What’s your understanding of how our business makes money? What would the challenges be for you in this role and organisation? What is it you least enjoyed in your last role? Are there examples where there was more strategic thinking that you’ve applied to the role?
