eClerx Senior Program Manager interview questions

It was a very bad experinece. It took 3 months to approve the budget and WFH . First round of interview was good and the feedback was shared immediatly and second round happened and HR told we will tell in a day and till date they did not share , when I called back they told process is on hold. If they do not have Budget why they unneccasry waste the time of the candidate ? It looks like a miser company and wants to excract on Candidates.Please check on budget before you give the interview
