Mindgames....basically sorting out if you have what it takes to put up with their militaristic schedule ( gearing up to 30 clients, having to check in w/ them at least 1x per week, ie. 120 per month), keep track of all their A/R collection, for which your bonus (ie. salary) highly depends. All this for a chance to progress from essentially a $ 50k per year rate to a $ 78k per year to maybe $ 120k per year....while being on call 24/7.
Educational and professional background in depth. The position requires many years of pointed experience and education.
