Why are you here
You have to make a presentation and explain why you are qualified for the job and a good fit for the company. You have to actually want the job to go through this whole process. It is long, but it is one of the best financial adviser jobs in the industry.
What group issue were you involved with where you had to come up with a solution to fix it? What was your solution?
Where do you see yourself in 1 year? 3 years? 5 years?
There is a lot of impact that the report makes. Specifically what is called the COI report which is the center of influence report, where you write down all the people you know that can introduce you to future clients. So think thoroughly of whom you may know.
