iCIMS Implementation Manager interview questions

After an initial conversation over the phone with the Recruiter, I had to complete the CCAT Assessment. I then had another interview (more specific to the role and how my experience applies) with another Recruiter over the phone. I next had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited on site for an interview that lasted about an hour.

Phone interview with recruiter. Call went well, asked a few questions and had great flow throughout the entire call. The next day I sent a thank you with contact info in the event of any questions, etc. 2 weeks went by and did not hear back a thing so I sent a follow up email to recruiter requesting status. No reply. 3 weeks later, I sent another email that I am still interested and STILL no response. It's been a month since my phone interview and I have no idea the status of my interview (or next steps). I think it's ironic for a recruiting software company to have ZERO communication with candidates when in fact, that is the EXACT type of software you sell to clients. Unprofessional and unacceptable to be honest.
