iCIMS Implementation Manager interview questions

The interview process was not a positive experience. The recruiter did not seem at all excited to be interviewing me and used it as an opportunity to tell me what she thought was wrong with my resume and experience. I was very excited for this job and had prepared extensively for the interview. I would rate the company very high but the recruiter I worked with very poorly. Had to submit a video on why I wanted to work there which seems like it could be fun, but it’s also a bit awkward. Very disappointed

I reached out to a Talent Acquisition Specialist on LinkedIn and shortly after he contacted me. I had 2 phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. The whole process was smooth and the Talent Acquisition Specialist guided me through it and was EXTREMELY helpful. I was given great advice by everyone I spoke to and felt very comfortable during the interviews. The interview process was a great experience.
