First interview was conversational and was a getting to know me session. The second was with a panel of 3 where I presented based on a set scenario followed by Q&A.

Typical questioning for the role being interviewed for. Knowing ITIL and Problem Management best practices are key to this role and their need.
None from the phone interview were difficult or unexpected. I'd say having to take a logic exam over computer programming was the most difficult since I'd never seen anything like that before.
