When the blonde girl finally came out and brought me in one of the offices, all she did was talk about random trips the company takes and how fun. I made several attempts to discuss my qualifications and hear more about the actually position. That never happened because the receptionist cut us short. The blonde girl clearly did not know how to conduct a professional interview. If your over 25 yrs old with a brain, dont waste your time with this.
No hard questions at all. As long as you can talk, are young, you will be offered a job. They need to fill positions because the managers are paid off commission as well so if they do have people working for them they don't get paid as well.
