Very long with little feedback!
I went through a recruiter and there were 3 rounds plus the personality test. There were also several pauses in the recruitment (apparently quite common) which meant the whole end-to-end process took 3+ months.
My recruiter told me they can be keen on having a control group to compare against and so expect 50/50 male & female split on applicants and for them to take you through to final process even though you may not be the right level of experience.
The final round interview where you discuss the results of your personality test was one of the most enjoyable interviews I've had - the HR team do a lot of preparation and the questions are very personal to your strengths and development areas. If you are self aware and are comfortable talking about your personal style then you will find it ok, if this is not natural to you then you may want to practice.
Overall I was pretty impressed, even not securing an offer, until they failed to provide me with any real feedback as to why - this was dissapointing and not what I'd expected from my interactions with them when we discussed the culture and especially as the process had been dragged out over several months.
