Pros

Only worth it if your first venture into the corporate world and serves as CV padding, that's all.

Cons

Team's mostly cool - team leaders are hit and miss though, had both experiences. Opaque regarding prospect salary so even say you are working towards seniorship there is not even a hint given as to an amount or percentage you'll gain so you're chasing smoke. Upwards mobility is non-existent, you either squish into new emerging teams and take your chance or they string you along. Btw, trying to get to a new team does not come with any hierarchy visibility - e.g. lateral move, move up - nevermind not knowing if and what pay increase that would involve.
