      Pros

      Flexible work environment, competitive pay, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment since merge with RKA. Dishonest. Trilon (who owns DRMP) purchased RKA and DRMP last year and blindly put incompetent leaders in leadership roles for in Charlotte. RKA was originally going to remain a separate entity until they dug into the numbers and realized RKA was failing as a business. FAILING. To prevent a mass exodus of employees, they put several RKA folks in leadership roles. Some of these folks are failing miserably. If toxicity and work place bullying is your is thing. This is the place for you.

      Well-respected Florida based Civil Engineering Firm

      Pros

      DRMP is the perfect sized engineering firm. The company is big enough to do any project, but small enough to where the principals know your name. Family based atmosphere. Great opportunities for professional growth. DRMP is focused on providing the best product.

      Cons

      Some work groups get crunched by submittal deadlines, but that is not unique to DRMP.
