Pros

We keep busy taking calls and answering emails. It has a laid-back style. The training is all online, which does not work as well for me as hands-on. They have good medical benefits.

Cons

Be an engineer or in outside sales to go to training classes out of state. Pay is not good unless you work in the shop, projects or in engineering. No advancement

Pros

Standard office. Decent coffee provided.

Cons

Terrible bonus structure. Unfulfilled promises and awful communication. Don't work here if you want fair compensation. When I tried to rollover my 401k DXP took back money they had matched over the years I worked for them. This company will find a way to take money your hard earned out of your pocket.
