Pros

Great benefits and good pay when on target. Generally easy approach from management but that may just be my personal experience as my manager is particularly easy going.

Cons

Constant reshuffling and redundancies. Targets increasing and now feel unmanageable and not tailored to markets at all. Treated like an anonymous head count rather than a valued employee. Constant threat of losing job makes being able to comfortably take any PTO impossible when it means inflexible targets won’t be hit. Work life balance is non existent as workers who do overtime/weekends/take no leave are often the most rewarded through sheer volumes of output. Rules of engagement foster toxic disputes/rivalry amongst colleagues, pointless and endless caveats/workarounds to rules burn relationships and cause headaches for management. No clear pathway to grow anymore unlike what was impressed upon during interview process, the funnel to AE/ management has become impossibly narrow.
