      Opportunities to move up, great management, annual raises

      Cons

      No professional on site therapist. Peer support is fine but we would benefit from an in person professional who is there to help us. Also wish they had auto loaders. It would reduce employee fatigue and injuries. I’ve strained my back a few times loading patients into the truck.

      Work longer hours for more days off

      Cons

      Company doesn’t care if you’re sick, they don’t care if you’re hurt. You’re supposed to get stock with company after 1 year but I worked 2.5 years and never got any stock benefits.
