There were absolutely no cons that I can recall.

Look, I’m not prude, but the culture in sales is… rough. Prepare yourself to hear casual homophobia and racism played off as a joke. Racism especially plays a part in how these guys do business (ask more questions if they sound Indian on the phone, stuff like that) I’m in the job because I need the job, and I can put my head down and grind to make my money. But if you’re looking for a more positive or accepting workplace culture, look elsewhere.
