We are all given all the tools we need to do our jobs effectively and management is always open to the idea of additional training, software upgrades, etc. Being a smaller company with onsite owner presence means decisions can be made quickly if needed. There is a real sense of comradery with fellow employees. We also have numerous team building and fun activities throughout the year. We really do work hard and play hard!
