Super fun place to work. Once you get the hang of it, its easy, and enjoyable to not only make drinks, but to interact with custies and develop real relationships with people. Plus, the pay is great for a barista gig. And you get freebies on the clock!

Possible early hours, and late nights. Our shop opens at 5am, which can be tough if you arent used to it. Lots of cleaning and machine maintenance, and sometimes spending a lot of time outside taking orders.

Management was practicing multiple unethical behaviors. Our shop lead, shop manager, and operator all lived together causing a major conflict of interest in the store. Additionally, there is very much a clique culture in the stand. The manager and the shop lead were dating, and shift leads are frequently scheduled for multiple hours working by themselves.
