We're grateful to hear you enjoy your work, value work-life balance, and feel honored to serve our Veterans, that mission is at the heart of what we do. We truly appreciate your recognition of how much we value our employees. Thank you for your suggestion regarding a bonus program. The C&P process is rewarding and an opportunity to make a difference. Flexible and intellectually interesting.
Cons
This is not about C&Ps but about the absolute dysfunction of every part of their administrative systems. Exams are reviewed by people who truly do not understand the VAs process and it is very frustrating.
