Fear-based work culture led by their CRO and CEO. You were consistently belittled when asking about process and/or sales motion as if you didn't know the job or "maybe this isn't for you." Immature leaders from the c-level execs to VPs and/or Managers. Pressure to party (drugs) and/or day drink or you were not part of the in-crowd. Anonymous surveys were encouraged and then the leaders would bash the employees for their responses. What a nightmare.
