      Franchise owners are allowed to run wild. They just have to pay a fine when they fail inspection.

      Vacation days and sick time

      Cons

      Management is only looking to make a bonus and doesn't care at all about employees needs. No room to advance and no hours. Hires 3people to work 2 days each....ugh
