Pros

- Short interview process. I was hired to work in the U.S. team -100% remote -Equipment provided

Cons

-A lot of micromanaging. This place treats those under them like they're incompetent children. -Will barely have holidays off, especially if you aren't salaried. Expect to get worked to the bone and scolded if you dare try to take a holiday off to spend time with family or god forbid take a mental break from work. -Low pay and not enough benefits to offset this. -Burnout is real at the manager level. Upper management is aware of this but they actively choose to act obtuse over the reasons why folks are leaving after barely making a year here (and in a few cases - less than a year). Burnout is due to 1.) the company trying to operate on a lean/minimal staffing approach (which means you should expect to do the work of 2-3 employees), and 2.) upper management not being receptive to new ideas that go against the status quo. -The only real way to get a raise here is to get promoted, but getting promoted at this company is basically a trap for your work-life balance and sanity. Contrary to what they say, upper management is not receptive to ideas that go against the status quo. That's to say: don't expect to come in and make a difference to improve the work lives of your peers because upper management will shut down all ideas and gaslight you into thinking you're thinking of bad ideas because they're not relevant for the moment (because apparently being proactive when the business is running smoothly and you have the time to proactively work on other important projects is a bad thing here). Despite the fake woke culture they try to push, this place is just like any other business that operates like a call center. Expect to be treated like another cog in the machine to be overworked and churned out.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
