Pros

Only pro is job is remote.

Cons

Cult like Work environment. Terrible pay, horribly lazy leadership, and ridiculous expectations. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. They are a 3rd party call center that pays you significantly less than their clients pay their own employees. You are forced to work weekends, and every single holiday. Leadership is extremely lazy, rude, and only exist to make the CSR's lives a living hell.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
